Emanuelli told Study Hall, “I’ve always been a sucker for flavored coffee—the more absurd the flavor, the better. Birthday cake? Coconut rum? A mysterious blend called Midnight in Paris? Sign me up. But when I started digging into how these beans get their flavor, I uncovered a secret that made me rethink my obsession.”
