For CBC, Andrea Bellemare reported on the discovery of a shipwreck at Michigan’s Lake Huron beach. Andrea told Study Hall, “ I heard about this story while pursuing a lead for another one, and the chance to report on a boy who found a 19th shipwreck on the shores of Lake Huron was too good to pass up.”
The article recounts how a boy discovered the shipwreck on a family trip when he was using a metal detector and found a piece of wood with metal spikes.
