In the article, Jarosak writes, “It is unfortunate that parents, who often juggle both children and a career, are the ones that must bring these issues to the forefront. It is hardly fair to ask people who are effectively working 16-plus hours per day to also fight government bureaucracy, especially on their own. It is the duty of everyone to ensure that children in their community, state, nation, and the world have access to quality education.”
