Jen Reeder Reported On Pets Landing in Shelters Due to Deportations

For Forbes, Jen Reeder reported on the impact of deportations on animal shelters. She told Study Hall,  “I started investigating whether pets are being surrendered to animal shelters when their owners are deported or self-deport and had a huge response from sources that yes, it’s happening – and putting strain on a shelter system that’s already in ‘crisis.’”
