Qin Xie Wrote About The Role of Tea In Chengdu
For National Geographic Traveller magazine, Qin Xie wrote an article about her home city of Chengdu that explores how tea is so “integral to shaping the culture — culinary and otherwise — in the city.”
Qin Xie told Study Hall, “Although I’ve lived in the UK for 30 years, writing this piece made me realise how a little bit of Chengdu is still a part of my soul, and how the Chengdu way of life still influences how I live in London.”
