For her column, “In Their Debt” for Just Labs Magazine, Jen Reeder spotlighted actress Aria Mia Loberti, who walked the Golden Globes’ red carpet with her guide dog, Ingrid, a black Lab. Reeder says that Loberti “incredibly warm while also challenging me to write mindfully whenever covering service dogs. She’s adamant that journalists avoid common pitfalls, like the narrative that only by partnering with a service dog did a handler with disabilities finally become “a full person.”
